CARRIER PROVIDERS / HOSTED SERVICES
There is no two ways about, although the selection of your on-site equipment and the quality and thoughtfulness of the installation of such equipment greatly determines the long-term satisfaction of your telephone system, the method you use to a provide a connection to the Public Switched Telephone Network, can greatly affect your on-going, monthly-recurring, costs of communicating. In addition to the alternatives to the local phone company, (generally AT&T, Verizon, or a remaining Regional Operating Company), there are now alternative methods to connecting your voice equipment to the outside world as well, sometimes using a single connection which provides both voice and data services. If the task of determining the appropriate carrier and services to choose from is one in which you (the customer) would like Menlo Telecom to perform, possibly as part of an equipment change or expansion, or just as a stand-a-lone project to implement a network upgrade or other cost-reducing changes, we are happy to do so.
